One of the main bottlenecks in pursuit a large-scale--chip-based quantum computer is large number control signals needed to operate qubit systems. As system sizes scale up, terminals required connect off-chip electronics quickly becomes unmanageable. Here, we discuss quantum-dot spin-qubit architecture that integrates on-chip electronics, allowing for significant reduction signal connections at chip boundary. By arranging qubits two-dimensional (2D) array with $\sim$12 $\mu$m pitch, create space implement locally integrated sample-and-hold circuits. This allows offset inhomogeneities potential landscape across and globally share majority operations. We make use advanced circuit modeling software go beyond conceptual drawings component layout, assess feasibility scheme through concrete floor plan, including estimates footprints classical as well routing lines using different interconnect layers. local demultiplexing circuits achieve an efficient signal-connection scaling leading Rent's exponent low $p = 0.43$. Furthermore, available data from state-of-the-art spin microelectronics technology development, models simulations, estimate operation frequencies power consumption million-qubit processor. work presents novel complementary approach previously proposed architectures, focusing on feasible integrating hardware, significantly closing gap towards fully CMOS-compatible implementation.
